Overview

The CrossLink logo is a powerful symbol of our brand’s strength and value. By consistently using this trademark emblem in all of our communications, we can ensure that our audience will easily recognize the CrossLink name and all that it stands for. With the right level of care and attention to detail, we can confidently showcase our logo in every situation and know that it will be perceived as a clear and unmistakable representation of our brand’s identity.

Primary Signature

Recommended use for all CrossLink Media.

This is the primary logo that should be used across all mediums. The logo consists of two elements, the CrossLink symbol and the “CrossLink” type. Given the typeface that was used to design the CrossLink name (Eurostile), the characters in the logo are all upper case. The “C” and “L” are treated 20% larger to appear as capital letters within the logo type. This allows the CrossLink name to be read as two separate words.

The tagline “Professional Tax Software” is treated between the “C” of “CROSS” and the “K” of “LINK”.

The registered trademark symbol should be scaled 75% smaller than the “K” character and placed the width of the “I” away from the “K”.

Clear Space

Primary logo with X’s used to represent clear space.

The clear space is measured by the x-height of the letter “C” in the CrossLink logo, shown as the value “X” in the example below. The minimum clear space must always be at least 1x on all sides of the CrossLink signature.

Accepted Variations

While logo variations offer flexibility, it is crucial to maintain consistency in the brand’s overall identity. To preserve the stability of the brand, make sure to apply the signature as instructed. By doing so, our brand can maintain recognition, trust, and a cohesive identity.

Unaccepted Variations

Altering the signature in any way will weaken the identity of the brand. The examples below are incorrect uses of the logo.

Do not change the scale the elements.

Do not distort the signature or icon.

Do not remove the CrossLink symbol.

Do not place signature over other graphic elements.

Do not change the color of the signature.

Do not place signature on photos.

Alternate Signature

Used when the logo is below the required dimensions.

The alternate signature should only be used if the primary logo is treated below the standard dimensions or the tagline is too difficult to read.

Alternate Stacked Signature

Our vertical logo option creates a visually striking brand identity that stands out and enhances legibility. This version is best used for embroidery and imprint projects.

Logo Icons

These are to be used particularly in situations where legibility at small screen sizes becomes an issue.
